Directly from the conveyor belt of the thermoforming machine into our automation system, where the products are checked for quality, counted, stacked and wrapped in film. A robot arm then packs the wrapped products from the automation conveyor belt into a cardboard box, which is automatically closed after filling and stacked on a pallet.

Our turnkey solution makes it possible to automate the entire extrusion and thermoforming process without the need for packers.

Fast tool changes are our USP here and individual design options round off the overall package.
